Whether you’re looking to lose weight, sleep better, have more energy, or maximize your workouts, eating the right foods is a powerful part of making it happen. I’ll work with you to expand your knowledge of foods and nutrients, build awareness of your eating habits, and offer the support you need to make lasting change. Nutrition coaching is usually conducted as 1 hour sessions over the phone once a week or as needed. Between sessions I'll stay in contact and provide you with meal plans, recipes, and encouragement to keep you focused on your goals. As your life coach, I’ll equip you with tools to have a better relationship with yourself and others, improve communication, and become more mindful. Life coaching starts with a 15 minute discovery call in which we’ll get to know each other discuss your goals and how we can best work together. Hey, I'm Ally Wilson! I live in North Carolina and have been a Nutrition Coach for 3 years, and I received my certification in Nutrition Consulting from Bauman College in 2016. I became a Certified Life Coach through the Live Inspired Now Life Coach Training Program. Some of my favorite parts of life are reading, traveling, hiking, doing yoga, and cooking good food with my husband of 5 years! I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
My rate is $50/hour for both life coaching and nutrition coaching. For life coaching, you may only need a few sessions to start feeling better about your life. For nutrition coaching, I generally recommend we work together for a minimum of 3 months so you can begin to feel healthier and see improvements.
